45-60 Minutes Per Class
Are you looking for a community of parents who may be experiencing similar parenting struggles and want to get coached in how to apply the Parallel Process approach? Are you interested in parent coaching and have specific questions for Krissy about your unique parenting situation? Do you benefit from hearing other families’ stories on how they navigated new outcomes? In each group class Krissy teaches different topics related to the Parallel Process content and has a Q and A for parents to ask questions and discuss new approaches to navigating their parent-child relationships.
Members of the class can either join live or watch the recording at their convenience. Many parents also choose to listen to the audio as a podcast and submit questions through the portal before class. Krissy treats each member with the highest confidentiality. If parents choose to join the live class, they can have their video on or off and can ask live questions or submit through the chat. In this group format, parents will gain from the group discussion and hearing each other's process. Each video session will last roughly 60 mins and the content from all the previous classes will be available through the duration of your month-to-month subscription.
Parents frequently tell Krissy that learning from other’s and the repetition of the same message from different angles is the best way to learn and re-wire their ingrained parenting responses. Learn to “re-write” the parent-child script and reach new outcomes as a family.
Krissy feels that the best learning comes from applying the class concepts to your real-life family situations and challenges. And the very best support comes from hearing each other’s stories. progress and new outcomes.
What Parents are Saying...
"We were on Zoom call tonight for the first time, and I kept saying to my husband – I can’t believe that we are on a mini therapy session with Krissy!! Thank you tonight as always for your insight, wisdom, and advice – this is such a tough road to navigate down. Thank you for having the mom perspective, compassion, and strength to tackle these topics.”
“I read The Parallel Process when my son was in wilderness last summer. I attended my first Group Coaching class last week and I have been binging on the archived classes ever since. I can’t tell you how empowering they have been. It is like I have a completely new awareness around my parenting. It is exhilarating to know I can “change the script” with my son.”
“I could go on and on about the new insights I have gained in a short time from the library of classes. I actually have hope now that my husband and I will be able to live a meaningful life once our son is back. I have been filled with anxiety…but your calm, rationale advice feels like permission for me to live. Sorry if this seems so dramatic but your approach has landed with me in such a profound way. I truly have been under the impression that my job as a mother, daughter, and wife is to make sure everyone is happy. It is truly mind blowing to be told so clearly that is not who I am meant to be.”
“We have read your book cover to cover 3x and it read like our family story. Thank you for making our lives real and helping us to embrace and own all of it while learning self-care!"
